Introducing our Serafina dress, inspired by 1970s kaftans, ideal as luxury resort wear. Made from handwoven silk for a delicate and light feel to the skin. Developed over a year in collaboration with artisan groups in Oaxaca, our production process honors natural cycles, with silk woven, naturally dyed, and adorned with delicate crochet.
Handwoven silk originates from Murshidabad, India, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. The silk is dyed with a Zapotec community in Oaxaca, Mexico, using four locally sourced plants – Pericon, Añil, Grana Cochinilla, and Palo de Brasil. Additionally, the mountain water from Sierra Norte enhances the colors, making them incredibly crisp and clear.
These are true art in motion, collector’s pieces. Of a quality rarely seen, each piece is one of a kind and uniquely finished in crochet. With a total of three artisan groups that work to create one garment, it’s a covetable but wearable piece that you will treasure forever.
Thoughtfully designed as one size fits all, with adjustable ties accommodating sizes EU 34 to EU 44 and varying lengths.

SHIPPING
Shipping is included with all parcels. We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, and orders customarily reach within 3-5 days. We ship with SEUR or DHL, either from Mexico or Europe. We are not responsible for any extra customs clearance costs. If you need further clarification, please contact us on info@supernaturae.com.
RETURNS
Return shipping costs and any associated costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your garment. If your dress does not fit or the color is not what you expected, you may request an exchange for another color (subject to availability) or a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your unworn garment in pristine condition within 14 days.
Please note that items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds of duties and taxes must be handled directly by the client with the customs authorities or customs agent in their country, as these charges are collected by local authorities and cannot be refunded by Supernaturae.
