Natural dyes, derived from plants, create beautiful, organic variations in color that are often unique and irregular. These subtle differences, sometimes resembling stains, are part of their charm and character. Please consider this natural heterogeneity when purchasing our plant-dyed garments.

Our dresses are one size. They are made with ties on each side to accommodate a range of sizes from EU 34 to EU 44. Length is dependent from piece to piece.

SHIPPING
Shipping is included with all parcels. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, and orders customarily reach within 3-5 days. We ship with SEUR or DHL, either from Mexico, UK or Europe. We are not responsible for any extra customs clearance costs.
RETURNS
Returns are available within 14 days of received garment. If your dress does not fit, or is not the colour you had hoped for, you can exchange it for a colour of your choice or have a refund. You can ship your unworn, pristine garment back to us within 14 days, emailing us on info@supernaturae.com listing : order number, tracking number for shipping and if you want a refund or an exchange. We do not, under any circumstances, refund shipping costs. For returns, you must ship with a traceable, insured, fast service and not local post. Approved returns carriers include UPS, DHL, FedEx and SEUR.
