Shipping is included with all parcels. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, and orders customarily reach within 3-5 days. We ship with SEUR or DHL, either from Mexico, UK or Europe. We are not responsible for any extra customs clearance costs. DUTIES AND TAXES

We include duties and taxes in the price for most international orders.

Exceptions: Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Singapore are not covered under this policy. For these countries, any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are only refundable if your country allows it.

Returns are available within 14 days of received garment. If your dress does not fit, or is not the colour you had hoped for, you can exchange it for a colour of your choice or have a refund. To start a return, you can contact us at info@supernaturae.com with the following:

• Your order number

• Whether you’re requesting a refund or item exchange

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to ship your unworn, pristine garment back to us within 14 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not, under any circumstances, refund shipping costs.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS ON NATURAL DYES

Natural dyes, derived from plants, create beautiful, organic variations in color that are often unique and irregular. These subtle differences, sometimes resembling stains, are part of their charm and character. Please consider this natural heterogeneity when purchasing our plant-dyed garments.
